EM 13c: Log File Monitor Metric Does Not Generate New Alerts (Doc ID 2729628.1)

Symptoms

The Log File Monitor metric does not generate new alerts if Warning/Critical Alerts are currently active for the Metric. This is not correct since this is a stateless metric.


Clearing the current incidents manually from the Incident Manager page causes new alerts to get generated.
