13c: Executing EM Prerequisite Kit on the Repository DB Pre Configured With DB Templates Fail With Error: Check if SYSMAN schema is absent for new install (Doc ID 2730139.1)

Symptoms

Prior to installing 13c OMS, the database was pre-configured using DB templates. Executing the EM Prerequisite Kit against the repository DB fails with the error:

<TMP_DIR>/OraInstall<TIMESTAMP>/emdbprereqs/<TIMESTAMP>/emprereqkit.out

Prerequisite Name = Check if SYSMAN schema is absent for new install
Prerequisite Detailed Name = Check if SYSMAN schema is absent for new install
Prerequisite Status = fail
Prerequisite Recommendation = SYSMAN schema should be absent before installing
Prerequisite Detailed Recommendation = SYSMAN schema should be absent before installing

Prerequisite Name = Check the existence of public synonyms
Prerequisite Detailed Name = Check the existence of public synonyms
Prerequisite Status = fail
Prerequisite Recommendation = Remove the public synonyms
Prerequisite Detailed Recommendation = Please cleanup the previous EM repository properly before EM installation.

Prerequisite Name = Check the absence of mgmt tablespaces
Prerequisite Detailed Name = Check the absence of mgmt tablespaces
Prerequisite Status = fail
Prerequisite Recommendation = Remove the mgmt tablespaces
Prerequisite Detailed Recommendation = Previous EM's Table spaces are found; You can drop these table spaces or new EM would re-use it

Prerequisite Name = Check the absence of EM schemas
Prerequisite Detailed Name = Check the absence of EM schemas
Prerequisite Status = fail
Prerequisite Recommendation = Remove the EM schemas
Prerequisite Detailed Recommendation = These EM schemas : 'SYSMAN_MDS', 'MGMT_VIEW', 'SYSMAN_BIP','SYSMAN_APM','BIP', 'SYSMAN_OPSS', 'SYSMAN_RO' : should not be present.

Prerequisite Name = Check the RCU metadata
Prerequisite Detailed Name = Check the RCU metadata
Prerequisite Status = fail
Prerequisite Recommendation = Remove the schema_version_registry table entries
Prerequisite Detailed Recommendation = Please
