Symptoms
In Enterprise Manger (EM) Cloud Control, When performing export and import of gold images from Linux to Windows OEM Fails with below error:

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -exportSoftwareImage -input_file="data:/refresh/app/oracle/middleware/bin/fleet/export.txt"
