Goal

On OEM 13.4. the used database template with fresh installation and two indexes were created with Advanced Compression
  SYSMAN.EM_RCA_EVENT_CORREL_HIST_IDX01
and SYSMAN.EM_RCA_EVENT_CORREL_HIST_IDX02.

Does the Advanced Compression need a Separate License?
