After applying RU8 patch on EM OMS 13.4, Compliance Re Evaluation On Raw Metric DBMS Job status is down.

If incident rule is enabled, users may receive following critical alert:

"DBMS Job UpDown for Compliance Re Evaluation On Raw Metric crossed the critical threshold (DOWN).

This job is listed as down in Console page:

Console > Setup > Manage Cloud Control > Repository > Repository Scheduler Job Status
