EM 13.4: After Applying RU5 or RU6, Database Targets are Not Listed for Some Users in EM Console (Doc ID 2738627.1)

Symptoms

After applying RU5 or RU6 patch to EM 13.4 OMS, for some users there are no database targets listed in:

Targets > Databases  

Page gives No targets Found message.

From All targets page, database targets are visible for the same user.

Changes

Applied either RU 5 or RU 6 patch.
