EM13c : Tablespace Metric Full Shows Metric Collection Error (Doc ID 2741732.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager, the Tablespace Metric Full is reported as Metric Collection Error. Also the last collection date was reporting a older timestamp.

$ ./emctl control agent runCollection <TARGET_NAME>:rac_database problemTbsp_10i_Loc

runCollection completes, but getting the Metric value manually reports empty values.
