Symptoms

Applying the OBI BUNDLE PATCH (Patch 31690029 or Patch 32294042) on the OMS HOME fails due to conflict with Patch 31254677 (REMOVE APACHE STRUTS FROM BI INSTALL 12.2.1.3 (EM 13.4))
