Symptoms

 After upgrading some products using Fusion Middleware Infrastructure the Fusion Middleware Control (/em) pages shows the older version of 12.2.1.3.0, rather than the new 12.2.1.4.0 version.

Changes

 Upgraded to 12.2.1.4.0 from a previous 12.2.1.x version.
