EM 13c: Agents Failed To Start After Windows Cluster Failover From One Node to Another Node (Doc ID 2748360.1)

Agents are installed on Windows Failover Cluster (Active / Passive) environment.

During the failover to another node, agents are failed to start.

$AGENT_INST_HOME/sysman/log/gcagent.log reports following errors:
