From EM Console, by default, when you deploy OMC_ASH_viewer package to view performance hub pages, it will install using DBSNMP user. Once package got installed, you can access performance hub pages using DB DBSNMP or SYS credentials without issues, but if you want access same performance hub pages using non DBSNMP or SYS credentials, then you need to provide specific privileges and roles to that user.
