Symptoms

After upgrading Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) from 13.2 to 13.4 version the following components are showing down in the OEM Console.

<OEM HOST>:<HTTP Upload Port>_Management_Service_CONSOLE OMS Console
<OEM HOST>:<HTTP Upload Port>_Management_Service_PBS OMS Platform
