Symptoms

In Enterprise Manger (EM) Cloud Control, Customer provisioning create database profile using existing rman back fails in initialization step with below error

Job Step initialization Step :

Setting the Target Properties.
The parameter DB Oracle Home's value is u01/product/oracle12c/db
The parameter Target Name's value is DB
The parameter Credential Used's value is ADB606E68E990D28E0530A4D16AC5624
The parameter Credential Used's value is ADB606E68E990D28E0530A4D16AC5624
The parameter DB Oracle Home's value is u01/product/oracle12c/db
ExpressionEvaluationException: Below error message was returned while executing this Computational step.

oracle.sysman.emSDK.core.job.procedure.exception.ProcedureException: OPC Data is null or empty.
----------------------------------------------------------

Job Error: The param Identity Domain cannot be null or empty.
OPC Data is null or empty.
Error while computing target properties or fetching a connection.
