Symptoms
The following long running query is observed to be running slow in the 12.1 target database, after the upgrade of the Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control agent to 13.4:
This is only valid for 12.1 target databases, for pre 12.1 or 12.2 and higher, the queries are different.
