Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, while performing emcli migrate_db fails in step import data from dump files with following error

Command:
$ emcli migrate_db -file="/tmp/dump.xml"
Migrate database deployment procedure submitted successfully: dataPumpExportImport 1592721580688
