Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control , Fleet Deploy GI Software job fails with below error:

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name=<User specified Operation name> -purpose=<Operation Type> -target_type=<type of target> -target_list=<list of targets> -normal_credential=<credential name> -privilege_credential=<privileged credential name> -inputfile="data:<location of input file>"
