EM13c : Agent Communication Problem Post Securing With Wildcard SSL Certificate - Failed To Match Hostname (Doc ID 2756371.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager(EM) Cloud Control, Agent was secured with Wildcard SSL Certificate leaving the OMS with SSL Certificates.
Agent securing went fine, post secure the Agents lost the communication.

$ emctl upload
