EM 13.4 BIP Going Down With Java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java Heap Space

Symptoms
EM BIP is going down intermittently.
$EM_INSTANCE_BASE/gc_inst/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/BIP/logs/BIP.out reports following errors:
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
Dumping heap to java_pid18259.hprof ...
Heap dump file created [4152930258 bytes in 18.804 secs]

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
Reason: There is a panic condition in the server. The server is configured to exit on panic
