Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.3.2 Cloud Control, the Fleet Maintenance UPDATE_DB job fails in the Setup Oracle Home Lineage step with the following error:
emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name=Fleet -purpose=UPDATE_DB -target_type=oracle_database -target_list=<DB_NAME> -normal_credential=ORACLE:SYSMAN -privilege_credential=ROOT:SYSMAN
