EM 13c: Multi-Task Jobs Does Not Run In Parallel (Doc ID 2759793.1)

Symptoms

The tasks in 'Multi-task' Jobs in Enterprise Manager does not run in parallel.

For example Task2, Task3,...Task_n are depends on only Task1 to be successful, to start running. But when Task1 is successful, remaining all Tasks will not start execution in parallel but they execute one by one in sequential order.
