Standalone Oracle HTTP Target Metrics display "Invalid Configuration Path" (Doc ID 2762595.1)

Symptoms

Discover Oracle HTTP Server with no issues and shows the target is online in the Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Console.  When you navigate to display the metrics the screen is showing  "Invalid Configuration Path" for all the metrics.

Additional validating of the metric, you get the same error.

% emctl getmetric agent <OHS_Target_Name>,oracle_apache,ResourceUsage

The configuration path is correct:
% ls -l /<Path_To_Configured_httpd.config_File>/httpd.conf
