On : 13.4.1.0.0 version, Notification

Why does OEM Send Notification Emails Only If Sender's Email Address is Defined as a Real Existing Email Address ?

In Setup->Notifications->Mail servers > OEM does not send emails if a dummy email id like "do-not-reply@mycompany.com" is used for "Sender's Email Address"
