EM 13c: ASH Analytics Page Showing Blank In All Sections in Performance Hub (Doc ID 2767234.1)

Symptoms

ASH Analytics information under Performance --> Performance Hub --> Ash Analytics, showing blank in EM 13c Cloud Control using 13.3.2 DB plugin, 

Login to EM Console
Targets --> Databases, click on DB target (you will get this DB home page)
From this DB home page, click on Performance --> Performance Hub --> Ash Analytics, all sections showing blank in this page.

Check the below screen shot

 

From EM OMS debug logs emoms.trc file, found the below
