Symptoms

Installing/Upgrading the agent using Agent Upgrade console or Gold Image or Agent Push fail with the error:

Creating symlink <AGENT_BASE_DIR>/agent_13.4.0.0.0/oracle_common/jdk/bin <AGENT_BASE_DIR>/agent_13.4.0.0.0/jdk/bin
Executing command to check/apply patches if exist in agenthome.....
<AGENT_BASE_DIR>/agent_13.4.0.0.0/perl/bin/perl <AGENT_BASE_DIR>/agent_13.4.0.0.0/install/oneoffs/apply_NewOneoffs.pl <AGENT_BASE_DIR>/agent_13.4.0.0.0 true
<AGENT_BASE_DIR>/agent_13.4.0.0.0/perl/bin/perl: symbol lookup error: <DB_HOME>/perl/lib/5.14.1/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/auto/Cwd/Cwd.so: undefined symbol: Perl_xs_apiversion_bootcheck
