Symptoms

Enterprise Manager job with job type 'Change the password for database monitoring' failed to update monitoring user password on Enterprise Manager repository database with error message in job execution log "Enterprise Manager repository password cannot be updated. Not updating password for user: dbsnmp on target <Target Name>:rac_database".
