EM (Enterprise Manager) 13.4 Release Update (RU) 10 Patch 32318082 apply fails with errors below

[Apr 28, 2021 5:22:27 PM] [ Error during Patch and deploy artifacts phase ] Detail: Patch application failed to complete some of the actions.
Some error occurred during RCU update. Please refer individual log file(s) for details.
