Symptoms
After discovering an Oracle Exadata Database Machine in Enterprise Manager the Systems Infrastructure Server target name representing an Exadata Database Server may be the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the Exadata Database Server with "/server" appended rather than the FQDN of the Exadata Database Server ILOM. This can also occur in non-Exadata environments.
