Siebel EM Discovery Precheck Fails with "Unexpected Character (:)" error (Doc ID 2776904.1)

When trying to discover a Siebel Enterprise in Enterprise Manager, the process fails during "Discovery Precheck"

Following information is captured in siebelremotelogging.trc:


Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Siebel 20.5
2. Install EM plugin 13.4.1
3. Log in to OEM instance
4. Navigate to Targets -> Siebel
5. Go to Add and populate the fields with correct data according to your environment
6. Click on Discovery Precheck and notice the validation of the environment failing
