Enterprise Manager (EM) 13c Cloud Control allows the user to create custom target properties or User Defined Target Properties.
While custom target properties cannot be used in dynamic or administration group selection criteria, they can be used for reporting and notifications.
Creating custom target properties is accomplished by using the emcli utility and providing the property name and the target type it applies to.
While it is possible to set a custom property for just one target type, it is recommended to standardize these custom properties across all target types as they are stored in a sequential fashion (udtp_1,udtp_2, etc).
