Unable to add the Siebel Enterprise post upgrade to OEM 13.4 version with below error:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Installed OME 13.4 version
- Delete existing Siebel Enterprise
- Perform Discovery Pre-Check
- Add the Enterprise
Upgraded from OEM 13.2 to 13.4
