OEM 13.4: OMS Consuming High Memory Post Upgrading to 13.4 (Doc ID 2779555.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c Release 4 Platform Update 9 (13.4.0.9)
Consuming high memory post upgrading to 13.4 which requires restart of OMS once in every 3 days.
Observed below memory leak errors in <EM_INSTANCE_HOME>/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/EMGC_OMS1/logs/ EMGC_OMS<n>.out:
