Goal

 Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) Cannot record a Web page opened from Forms is opened as a new browser instance.

When EBS is trying to save a report a 2nd browser window is opened automatically by EBS, from this window we view the report and optionally save it.  However when using Chrome, Openscript is not recognizing commands issued to the 2nd browser page.
