Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Manage Cloud Control,When setting Preferred Credentials -> My Oracle Support Preferred Credentials
Go to Setup-> Proxy Settings -> My Oracle Support page. Select the "No Proxy" option and click on Test.

Unexpected error occurred. Please contact Oracle Support with these files.
