EM 13c: SQL Tune Option Missing in Modified SQL Details Page

Symptoms
From EM 13.4 Console, DB target home page --> performance --> performance hub --> Ash Analytics, you can drill down into SQL Details when you click on a SQL ID in the ‘Top SQL’ in the region in the lower left.
EM Development introduced new changes in SQL Details Page from EM 13.4 RU10 patch.
SQL Tune option missing in this modified SQL Details page which was available in old SQL Details page prior to EM 13.4 RU10 patch.
