Symptoms

Trying to submit backup job fails with following error on one particular database:
ORA-20411: The following parameters have a NULL value: db_name ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EM_JOB_OPS", line 302 ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.GC_JOB", line 29 ORA-06512: at line 1
