Symptoms
Prior to Installing/Upgrading EM 13.5, running EMPREREQ_KIT to validate the repository DB throws an error:
$ ./em13500_linux64.bin EMPREREQ_KIT=true -silent -responseFile <STAGE_LOC>/install.rsp
Launcher log file is /tmp/OraInstall2021-07-06_06-13-03PM/launcher2021-07-06_06-13-03PM.log.
