EM13c : ASH Analytics Not Showing More Than 7 days

Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Trying to select a larger period of time in Performance HUB --> ASH Analytics page will show a warning:
Time range should not exceed 7 days
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- go to Ash analytics page
- Choose custom period
- select a period bigger than 7 days (start/end dates)
