Symptoms

Standby DB patching issue:

While applying the patch in Database (Primary and Standby) through OEM 13c getting the message - 'The database instances are down' but the Standby instance are up and running.

OS: MS WINDOWS Server 2012 R2 Standard & DB - 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit Production.
