Symptoms

Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.3 Cloud Control

An EM Agent has been deinstalled and following errors are logged in the <OMS_INSTANCE_HOME>/gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms_pbs.trc

cd <EM_INSTANCE>/gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms_pbs.trc 

OMSHandshake failed.(AGENT URL = https://<AGENT_HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/emd/main/)(ERROR = KEY_MISMATCH as Last AgentURL is null and the Agent Key doesn't exist in repos)

OMSHandshake failed.(AGENT URL = https://<AGENT_HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/emd/main/)(ERROR = KEY_MISMATCH as Last AgentURL is null and the Agent Key doesn't exist in repos)
