EM 13c EMCLI login access with different OS users in Windows (Doc ID 2798066.1)

Symptoms

When we try to login emcli with new user using existing setup without configuring with new OS user, the access will failed since the OMS binaries installed with different user and trying to login EMCLI using different user.


D:\Oracle\OEM13_3\bin>emcli login -username=sysman
Error: Some required configuration is missing, corrupt, inaccessible, or insecur
e (access permissions are too liberal).
Resolve the problem and run setup.
