OEM Cannot Identified The Correct Location Of Exadata's Servers. (Doc ID 2799987.1)

Goal

There are 6 DBs and 7 CELLs in rack. The customer use OEDA created 2 clusters in this env. So each cluster has its own databasemachine.xml file.
One cluster has 3 DBs + 3 CELLs and the other cluster has 3 DBs + 4 CELLs.

The customer install OEM exadata plugin to monitor this rack.
Successfully installed and recognized. But the position of the cell displayed in the second cluster does not match the position in the real rack.
