Symptoms

Under "View Past Apply Operations" page

Navigation path: Monitoring Templates page > View Past Apply Operations

 

When selecting the Operation Status (i.e. Passed), the Passed apply operations pop up window shows blank results (no matching templates found for the search)

If you check 'Show Only Template Collections Operations', then the same window will show data.
