Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.4.1.0.0 Cloud Control, Target VM

Registering Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager in EM fails with message: Error connecting to OLV Manager.

The REGISTEROLVMANAGER* Job fails at its first step, InitRegisterOlvMgr. The OLVM Certificate is already included in the EM Agent and the Oracle Virtualization Plug-in is installed on the Agent.
