Data Masking: "Insufficient Privileges" when attempting to run scheduled Data Masking job (Doc ID 2804405.1)

Symptoms

1. You may be attempting to run a scheduled Data Masking job such as from the following:
Database Testing Guide - Masking Sensitive Data


2. You create a user for this task (in this example, it is called TEST_DM_USER) and provide the necessary privileges according to the "Masking with an Application Data Model and Workloads":
"The EM_ALL_OPERATOR privilege for Enterprise Manager Cloud Control users includes all of the above privileges."


3. However, this fails with "Insufficient Privileges" error when trying to schedule the job:
