EM 13.4 failed on authentication as below.

Navigation path:

Search for (Single instance) database oradev10_optxd5eu -> rt click
Instance -> Cloning -> Clone management
switch to classic clone
login
online backup -> Use RMAN -> use recovery manager > hit next

Error message:

FAILS WITH THIS MESSAGE
ERROR: Invalid username and/or password LOG: Local Authentication Failed...Attempt PAM authentication...PAM failed with error: Authentication failure
