Symptoms

OpenScript version: 13.3.0.1.262
EBS Forms functional script being played back.
The script playback goes through fine until the page where it is supposed to load a PDF document.

It fails to load and shows a blank page or
gives a message "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again".

Same script works fine on few servers.
