Enterprise Manager 13.4 Repository has below users

SQL> select username from dba_users where username like '%SYSM%';

SYSMAN_STB
SYSMANUPGR_OPSS
SYSMAN_BIPLATFORM
SYSMAN_TYPES
SYSMAN_RO
SYSMAN_MDS
SYSMAN_APM

 Is it possible to lock SYSMAN_OPSS User as its not being used and SYSMAN122130_OPSS is being used ?
