Symptoms

OpenScript 13.3 Build 262.
EBS 12.2
JRE 1.8_261

Try to record an EBS flow to build Load testing script using OATS Openscript.
The script just records only Think times.

Recording functional scripts work fine. 

Try to record Web/HTTP load script also results same issue and only record Think Time.
