EM 13c :Silent OEM upgrade is Failing With Error :"Installer execution failed (232)" (Doc ID 2809622.1)

Symptoms

Silent OEM upgrade is failing with the below error :

/tmp/OraInstall<time_stamp>.log

ERROR: You have not confirmed that you have taken a backup of your Management Repository. To confirm, set the REPOSITORY_BACKUP_DONE parameter to TRUE. If you have not taken a backup, do so immediately, then set this parameter to TRUE, and then proceed with the upgrade operation.

The log(s) can be found here: <path>/tmp/OraInstall<time_stamp>
ERROR: Installer execution failed (232).
