Symptoms
Enterprise Mangager (EM ) 13.5, Additional OMS Software Only Install With Plugins has been Completed.
When Invoked $MIDDLEWARE_HOME/sysman/install/ConfigureGC.sh -silent -responseFile <PATH>/upgrade.rsp, the command has failed at Plugin Prerequisite Check step with errors below
MIDDLEWARE_HOME/cfgtoollogs/pluginca/gcupgrade/configplugin_prereq_check_<TIMESTAMP>.log
